1. WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DOES OK LLC COORDINATE?
OK LLC coordinates Arts & Crafts Markets, Vintage Markets, and Special Events.

2.  WHAT TYPE OF VENDORS DOES OK LLC HAVE AT ITS EVENTS?

Each event will have a specific type of vendor.  For example, Arts and Crafts Markets will only have handmade (no commercial) vendors.  The vendors are carefully chosen by the OK LLC Team.

3. WHERE ARE OK LLC EVENTS HELD?
OK LLC's events are held in Kansas and are concentrated around the Salina area. Please check out our calendar of events!

4. WHAT IS OK LLC'S  VENDOR CANCELATION POLICY?
Vendor must notify the OK LLC Team via email.  There are no refunds available.  No call-No show will more than likely eliminate the vendor from our mailing list.

OK LLC will only cancel an event if the weather is dangerous or acts of God. This is mostly a concern for an outdoor event but sometimes for an indoor event also, e.g. a snow storm during the event, etc. Otherwise, OK LLC's indoor and outdoor events are rain or shine.

Notice of Cancelation: JC will notify exhibitors and customers through the different types of communication that we have in place: Facebook, email, and website.

5. CAN I HOST AN EVENT THROUGH JC AS A FUNDRAISER?
If your organization would like to hold one of our events as a fundraiser, please visit our Host an Event page, and then Contact Us! We will meet with your group to discuss the process. As the beneficiary of the fundraiser, your group will receive a portion of the proceeds without any out-of-pocket expense to you.

6. DO I NEED ANYTHING TO PARTICIPATE AS A VENDOR?
To be a vendor, you will need to have a Kansas Tax ID if you are selling retail items, crafts, or antiques & collectibles on a regular basis. If you are holding a casual garage/tag sale you will not necessarily need to apply for a tax number and may use the Special Event Tax ID number that we will provide.

7. IS THERE A CONTRACT I HAVE TO SIGN?
Yes, at all events, OK LLC will provide an event agreement that you must sign prior to attending any event.

8. WHAT ARE THE BOOT SIZES AND COSTS FOR VENDORS?
See individual Vendor Applications for booth sizes.

9. WHAT IF IT RAINS DURING AN EVENT?
If it should rain during an event, you are NOT ALLOWED to bring your vehicle in to reload until the event is officially closed. At this time, event management or police will allow vehicles to move around. This is for the safety of pedestrians until we can vacate everyone.

10. WHAT MERCHANDISE AM I ALLOWED/NOT ALLOWED TO SELL?
